Hi, I’m Kong.
I grew up quiet. Not by choice, but by habit. Somewhere around age eleven, I learned that silence was safer than speaking. I carried that lesson for a long time without realising it was a lesson at all.
I started this blog because I needed a place to say the things I never said out loud. About shyness. About fear. About what it feels like to want to connect but not know how.
Along the way, I discovered Carl Jung, a psychologist who spent his life exploring the hidden parts of the human mind. His ideas gave language to things I had felt but never understood. The Shadow. The Persona. The slow and uncomfortable process of becoming who you really are.
That is what this blog is about. Not quick fixes. Not “just be confident” advice. Just honest writing about the inner life, the real one, not the one we perform.
If you are shy, or quiet, or still figuring yourself out, you are in the right place.
